Pengertian Reservation (Pemesanan)

       Reservation means trying to get something we need by asking first trought both directly face to face to the receptionist or just by telephone. But mostly, reservation is made by phone. Here, we focus our reservation to 3 kinds of place; hotel, restaurant and travel agent.

To reserve or book something we can use the following expression:

• I would like to reserve/book .                   I'd like book ticket to singapore, please.
• I want to book/reserve...                          I want to book a round ticket to surabaya.
• I am going to book/reserve..                     I am going bto reserve a table near the window.
• I need to book/reserve..                           I need to book a single room,please.
• Can I riserve/book.  ?                              Can I book a suite room for this evening?
• May I reserve/bo0ok.?                            May I book a VIPs roomj for next week end?
• Could I make a reservation of.?               Could I make a reservation of two train's tickets?
• Could I reserve/book..?                          Could I book a table for dinner tomorrow night?
• Could I make a reservation for..?             Could I make a reservation for my traveling to jakarta?

• May I know your rate per night, please?
• How much is the double bed room per night?
• What's the rate for a double?
